1. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.  1. Ah, how can a sweet male child not go wretchedly astray? by knowing his true and holy heritage.
2. With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.  2. Might those men and women that love the ways of my Lord come here with truth. Amen.
3. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. 3. The divine writing: he that may hear that, has it gone into his mind?
4. Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes. 4. Select my road, that's to heed absolute truths.
5. With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth. 5. I oft delight much in thy just law. Death? My Lord, help save me.
6. I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.  6. I'm holy if I enjoy heaven's truth as a child whose taste is in ice cream.
7. I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways. 7. Happy campers went in thy way, Lord; I elect the divine statutes;
8. I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word. 8. Lo, ye'll win, if settled in God's mighty writ, still the way of truth.
