Consonants in Chromaphonoglyphics (CPG)

There are 25 consonants.

A consonant beginning a syllable opens downward.
A consonant ending a syllable opens upward.
20 can appear in both opening and closing positions.
1 (ng) can only appear in closing position.
4 (H, Y, W, and Wh) can only appear in opening position.

For the purposes of this exposition, opening consonants will be indicated
by upper case, closing consonants by lower case, and nasalized Th by Dh.
Note that unvoiced consonants are represented with solid lines,
while voiced ones are represented by open lines.
